The Willows State School is conducting this survey to collect information regarding family and student intentions for 2026.

Completing the survey will assist our school in having accurate numbers for staffing and class allocation purposes.

*Year 6 parents please complete the survey as the school requires the destination secondary school for each student moving into Year 7. 

Please complete and submit the survey for each child enrolled. Siblings are unable to be captured in one survey.
